Should you wish to return an item? No problem! 

 

Customers must return their items within 14 days of the delivered date. Please note we are unable to refund any shipping costs

 

Returns and Exchanges Terms & Conditions:

  • Items will only be considered for a return or exchanged if they are damaged or have a fault upon receipt. 

  • For hygiene purposes, no refunds/ exchanges will be given for products that have marks, odours, or evidence of being washed. 

  • All original tags must be in place and returned with original packaging and a fully completed returns form (downloadable here).

  • All returns costs are payable by the customer, we recommend using a tracked service.

  • You have a legal responsibility to ensure items are not worn, or damaged whilst in your care.

  • If you fail to comply with this obligation, OZTEK reserve the right to refuse any refunds or replacement goods.

  • Our return policy does not affect your statutory rights. 

Next step

Once we have received your returned items and they have been inspected by our team, a confirmation email will be sent. Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days, if for any reason it has surpassed 10 working days and you have not received your refund, please contact us at oztekassist@outlook.com

All exchanges will be sent via standard delivery.
